Job Summary

Cars in Africa is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the growth and visibility of our car rental services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a car rental company and a strong understanding of the mobility, travel, and tourism market. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and driving customer acquisition.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Cars in Africa’s rental services.
• Manage and grow the company’s digital presence including social media, website content, and online advertising.
• Work closely with the sales and reservations teams to support promotions and increase bookings.
• Create engaging marketing content such as social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Identify partnership opportunities with hotels, travel agencies, airlines, and corporate clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the car rental and travel industry.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the car rental or mobility industry.
• Previous experience working in a car rental company is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
