Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the Human Resources Department in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, training coordination, and general HR administration. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and develop practical workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs and maintain an organized candidate database.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
  • Assist in preparing employment documents, letters, and HR reports.
  • Support training and development activities, including coordinating training sessions and maintaining attendance records.
  • Assist with employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
  • Support HR data entry and record management activities.
  • Assist in organizing company events and HR projects as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a professional HR environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
