Job Summary
The Human Resource is responsible for supporting the implementation of human resource strategies and day-to-day HR operations to ensure effective workforce management. The role oversees recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Prepare job descriptions and schedule interviews.
- Maintain talent pipeline and prepare offer letters.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns confidentially.
- Support disciplinary processes and engagement initiatives.
Performance Management
- Coordinate appraisals and maintain performance records.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training and maintain training records.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, leave, attendance, and HR reports.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Reporting
- Prepare HR reports and support audits.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum3–4years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
