| Represent the Dalin baby care range (cosmetics) in pharmacies and towards pharmacists Increase the rotation (sell-out) of the Dalin range in the pharmacy channel Promote the Dalin range in pharmacies, among others through promotional material and in-store visibility Act according to the company procedures and guidelines |
| ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
| To visit pharmacies and pharmacists on a regular basis according to an agreed visit plan and route planning |
| To present the Dalin range (baby shampoo, baby shampoo & body wash, wet wipes, baby oil, …) and its key benefits to pharmacists and pharmacy staff |
| To drive the rotation of the Dalin range: check shelf availability and stock levels, signal out-of-stocks and encourage reorders via the distributor |
| To ensure visibility of the Dalin range at the point of sale: placement of promotional material (displays, posters, shelf strips, leaflets) and merchandising on shelf |
| To roll out promotional actions in pharmacies (e.g. samples, promo packs, in-store actions) and report on the results |
| To inform and train pharmacy staff on the Dalin range so they can advise parents |
| To gather market info during pharmacy visits (competitor products, prices, promotions, customer feedback) |
| To report on visits, rotation and stock levels to the Country Manager and to support in achieving visit and sales targets |
| To build and maintain product knowledge of the Dalin range |
| COMPETENCES |
| Excellent language skills (Kinyarwanda, English and/or French)Education: Secondary level and 2 years of relevant experience; commercial experience in FMCG, cosmetics or the pharmacy channel is an assetCommercial attitude, persuasive and results-drivenExcellent communication skills and relationship building with pharmacistsWell organised, able to plan and conduct visits autonomouslyOwnership & responsibilityTeam playerWilling to travel within the assigned region |
