Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Assistant F&B Supervisor to support the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the team, ensuring service excellence, maintaining hygiene standards, and driving guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Support in supervising, guiding, and motivating F&B team members to deliver high-quality service consistently.
- Customer Experience: Ensure guests receive excellent service by maintaining high service standards and addressing feedback promptly.
- Staff Performance & Development: Monitor staff performance, promote professional growth, and assist in delivering training programs.
- Operational Compliance & Upselling: Ensure all operations comply with company standards and encourage upselling of products and services to boost revenue.
- Scheduling: Assist in creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve standard operating procedures across all outlets to enhance efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and ensure proper storage and usage to minimize waste.
- Training & Development: Participate in the onboarding and continuous training of new and existing team members.
- Safety & Hygiene:
- Enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Capable of handling conflicts and solving problems effectively.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset.
Working Conditions:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
