About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Communications Associate to join the Office of the CEO. In this role, you will play a central part in delivering impactful messaging and driving strategic communication aligned with One Acre Fund’s vision. Working closely with the CEO, you will craft compelling narratives, manage executive communication channels, and contribute to organization-wide initiatives.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Office of the CEO, and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders including the Global Communications and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Be the Voice of the CEO

  • Develop and deliver strategic communication materials that reflect the CEO’s voice and vision.
  • Manage communication channels such as town halls, internal emails, and in-person events.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with the organization’s strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Global Communications team to maintain a unified voice across platforms.
  • Establish feedback loops to continuously refine and improve executive messaging.

Conduct Strategic Research and Analysis

  • Provide the CEO with relevant, well-researched insights to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and briefing documents for internal and external engagements.
  • Support key departments such as Business Development and Communications with content tailored to strategic priorities.

Drive Major Organizational Initiatives

  • Support the execution of high-impact, organization-wide change initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that influence the future direction of One Acre Fund.

Candidate Qualifications

We are looking for professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in corporate communications, consulting, or a similar strategic role.
  • Previous experience working in a corporate, nonprofit, or government executive office.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with experience distilling complex topics into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and corporate governance best practices.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
