Training Schedule & Duration

Daily Program (Evening)

  • Time: 6 PM – 8 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Tender Preparation: May 1st – May 21st, 2025 (15 days)
  • Advanced Excel: May 1st – May 14th, 2025 (10 days)

Weekend Program

  • Time: 10 AM – 12 PM (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Tender Preparation: May 3rd – June 28th, 2025
  • Advanced Excel: May 3rd – June 1st, 2025

Responsibilities

Omega Engineering Systems LTD will:

  • Provide a training contract and official EBM receipt.
  • Deliver training during agreed hours (2 hours daily/4 hours weekend).
  • Issue a Certificate of Completion upon successful course completion.

Trainees are responsible for:

  • Bringing their own laptop.
  • Attending all scheduled sessions.
  • Paying fees as per agreement.

Certificate

A certificate of completion will be awarded to all successful participants.

Training Venue

Ecole Secondaire Saint Joseph (Near Saint Famille Catholic Church), Kigali, Rwanda.

Customized Institutional Training

We offer tailored training sessions for organizations at their office premises or preferred locations.
