Position Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base by promoting and selling our HR services to corporate organizations across Rwanda. You will work closely with our Business Development and HR teams to build strong client relationships and deliver customized HR solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s client portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Present and promote Sharpen Skills’ HR services to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Prepare and submit tailored proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the HR or service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda; French is an added advantage.
