Job Description

Job Summary

Drive acquisition, activation, and usage of digital banking products (cards, mobile, internet, USSD, QR, agency banking) through targeted sales activities, customer engagement, and channel support to achieve digital adoption and revenue targets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and activation of digital banking products (mobile, internet banking, USSD, cards, QR, agency banking)
  • Conduct customer onboarding, education, and product demonstrations
  • Generate leads through field sales, branch support, and corporate engagements
  • Support customer issue resolution and escalate digital challenges
  • Execute digital marketing and product rollout campaigns
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Collect customer feedback to support product enhancement
  • Collaborate with Branch, IT, Operations & Product Teams for smooth deployment
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Head, Digital Banking

  • Digital product acquisition targets achieved
  • Activation and usage rates per product
  • Transaction volume/value on digital channels
  • Customer satisfaction and adoption metrics
  • Campaign conversion rates
  • Reporting accuracy and timeliness
  • Quality of insights and feedback provided
  • Successful product rollouts and minimal onboarding errors

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

  • First degree required; additional certification in sales, digital banking, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in sales, customer service, banking, or fintech, preferably in digital channels or e-payments.
  • Knowledge of digital banking products and e-payment solutions
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to train and educate customers on digital channels
  • Basic understanding of payment systems and fintech trends
  • Marketing and field sales competence
