Director of Operations

Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven, confident, and visionary Director of Operations to lead and strengthen the operational, administrative, and strategic functions of our foundation, which focuses on education and child development. This role requires a dynamic leader who is comfortable speaking in front of large audiences, representing the foundation publicly, and building strong systems that support long-term impact.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, disciplined, and committed to putting in the time and effort required to help the foundation grow and operate at a high level.

Required Qualifications & Experience

⦁ Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in a field related to education, management, leadership, or organizational operations (required)
⦁ Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in fields related to this role, such as education, management, operations, or organizational leadership
⦁ Experience in education, marketing, government relations, and corporate communication
⦁ Ability to manage a diverse team of educators and care providers
⦁ Ability to build and sustain successful local and international partnerships
⦁ Experience in management and operations, preferably within foundations, NGOs, or educational institutions
