Fundraising and Grants Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Fundraising & Grants Manager to lead the foundation’s efforts in securing grants and funding from local and international sources. This role is critical in ensuring the sustainability and growth of our programs that support education and child development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully securing grants for NGOs, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to cultivate relationships with donors and partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

⦁ Degrees in a field related to education, management, nonprofit development, or related disciplines (required)
⦁ Minimum of 8 years of experience (preferably more) in fundraising, grant writing, or development within NGOs, foundations, or educational organizations
⦁ Proven experience in receiving grants for NGOs with documented success and measurable impact ( will be verified)
⦁ Strong knowledge of proposal writing, donor reporting, and grant management
⦁ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including foundations, government agencies, corporations, and individual donors
⦁ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
