Supervises: Head of Channels, Head of Partnerships, Head of Digital Sales and Product Development
Overview:
We are hiring on behalf of a leading bank for the position of Head of Digital. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving the digital transformation agenda, enhancing product innovation, building strategic partnerships, and maximizing customer adoption of digital channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Bank’s digital strategy to enhance customer experience, drive innovation, and grow the profitability of the Bank’s digital channels and products. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, digital product expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on key digital transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a forward-looking digital strategy aligned with Group goals
- Develop and enhance technology-enabled products and services, including cards and channels
- Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, and Corporate teams for product rollout and market expansion
- Promote the use of digital channels to reduce transaction costs and decongest banking halls
- Build strategic partnerships to grow market share and competitive advantage
- Define and document product papers, SOPs, SLAs, and risk frameworks for digital offerings
- Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Risk, IT, Finance, etc.) to maximize ROI
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director

- Deep knowledge of digital banking and e-payment solutions
- Strong customer relationship and marketing abilities

Qualifications & Experience:
- A good first degree in any discipline; a Master’s degree is a strong advantage
- Recognized professional certifications (in digital banking, marketing, product development, etc.) are an added advantage
- Minimum 15 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in a senior digital leadership or marketing role
