Job Description
Job Summary
The HR Executive supports the day-to-day human resources operations of the organization, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and performance management. This role is hands-on and operational, with a strong focus on supporting employees and line managers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer documentation
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee joining experience
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR files (physical and digital)
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Administer HR letters (contracts, confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits)
- Ensure timely updates to HR systems and trackers
Employee Relations
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in handling disciplinary processes in line with company policy
- Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture
Performance & Development
- Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation
- Track training needs and assist with coordination of learning programs
- Maintain training records and reports
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
Assist with audits and compliance reporting as required.
Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employment practices
- Experience supporting recruitment and HR administration processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
