About the Role

Our client, a leading company in the travel industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive business growth by developing strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in travel management, airlines, or aviation, with a proven track record in marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing initiatives to expand corporate and travel agency partnerships.
  • Manage Business Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and airline partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse Market Trends: Monitor industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and develop strategies to enhance brand positioning.
  • Execute Sales & Promotional Campaigns: Plan and implement sales initiatives to increase market share and customer engagement.
  • Monitor Performance & Optimize Strategies: Track business performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Enhance Service Offerings: Collaborate with internal teams to refine products and improve customer experience.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business meetings to strengthen brand presence and expand networks.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of marketing experience in the travel, airline, or aviation industry.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong networking and relationship management skills, particularly with corporate clients and travel agencies.
  • Fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
