Job Description

Job Summary

Supports development and maintenance of commercial customer relationships by providing value-adding financial products and services while minimizing risk and ensuring achievement of targets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support new business development
  • Process and appraise credit applications
  • Monitor credit relationships and loan recoveries
  • Maintain strong public relations
  • Achieve PCE, balance sheet, and performance targets
  • Analyze financial data for creditworthiness
  • Attend Credit Committee meetings with Team Leader
  • Assist in preparing the team’s budget
  • Perform other duties assigned by Relationship Manager & Group Head

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • New account acquisition & customer growth
  • Timely and accurate credit assessments
  • Loan portfolio quality / NPL ratio
  • Customer satisfaction & retention
  • Revenue & deposit growth
  • Accuracy of financial analysis & recommendations
  • Timely submission of reports and proposals
  • Budget accuracy & adherence

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

  • First degree (Second Class Honors minimum); Master’s or professional certification is an advantage
  • 2–3 years’ relevant experience; experience in marketing financial services is an advantage
  • Customer service and relationship management
  • Selling and negotiation skills
