Job Summary
Supports development and maintenance of commercial customer relationships by providing value-adding financial products and services while minimizing risk and ensuring achievement of targets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support new business development
- Process and appraise credit applications
- Monitor credit relationships and loan recoveries
- Maintain strong public relations
- Achieve PCE, balance sheet, and performance targets
- Analyze financial data for creditworthiness
- Attend Credit Committee meetings with Team Leader
- Assist in preparing the team’s budget
- Perform other duties assigned by Relationship Manager & Group Head
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New account acquisition & customer growth
- Timely and accurate credit assessments
- Loan portfolio quality / NPL ratio
- Customer satisfaction & retention
- Revenue & deposit growth
- Accuracy of financial analysis & recommendations
- Timely submission of reports and proposals
- Budget accuracy & adherence
Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required
- First degree (Second Class Honors minimum); Master’s or professional certification is an advantage
- 2–3 years’ relevant experience; experience in marketing financial services is an advantage
- Customer service and relationship management
