Job Description

Job Summary

Supports the development and maintenance of corporate customer relationships by providing value-adding financial products and services while minimizing risk and costs to the bank.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support new business development initiatives
  • Process and appraise credit applications
  • Monitor credit relationships and loan recoveries
  • Maintain strong customer relations
  • Achieve assigned earnings and balance sheet targets
  • Analyze financial data for creditworthiness
  • Attend Credit Committee meetings with team lead
  • Prepare periodic reports for Relationship Manager

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new corporate accounts acquired
  • Credit processing turnaround time
  • Loan portfolio quality / NPL ratio
  • Customer satisfaction & retention
  • Revenue and deposit growth
  • Accuracy of financial analysis & recommendations
  • Timely submission of reports and proposals

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

  • First degree (Second Class Honors minimum); Master’s or professional certification is an advantage
  • 2–3 years’ banking experience, preferably in relationship management or credit support
  • Customer service and relationship management
  • Selling and negotiation skills
  • Financial analysis and interpretation
  • Strong strategic orientation
  • Oral & written communication
