Job Summary
Supports the development and maintenance of corporate customer relationships by providing value-adding financial products and services while minimizing risk and costs to the bank.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support new business development initiatives
- Process and appraise credit applications
- Monitor credit relationships and loan recoveries
- Maintain strong customer relations
- Achieve assigned earnings and balance sheet targets
- Analyze financial data for creditworthiness
- Attend Credit Committee meetings with team lead
- Prepare periodic reports for Relationship Manager
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new corporate accounts acquired
- Credit processing turnaround time
- Loan portfolio quality / NPL ratio
- Customer satisfaction & retention
- Revenue and deposit growth
- Accuracy of financial analysis & recommendations
- Timely submission of reports and proposals
Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required
- First degree (Second Class Honors minimum); Master’s or professional certification is an advantage
- 2–3 years’ banking experience, preferably in relationship management or credit support
- Customer service and relationship management
- Selling and negotiation skills
- Financial analysis and interpretation
- Strong strategic orientation
