Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining personal banking customers by providing excellent financial products and services, driving sales, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while mitigating risks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acquire new personal banking customers and grow relationships
  • Cross-sell banking products such as loans, cards, and investment products
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Assist customers with queries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Support Relationship Manager in preparing reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Relationship Manager

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new accounts, PBT and deposit growth targets
  • Cross-sell ratios, product penetration per customer
  • Account activity, dormancy rates, NPL ratio
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Timeliness and accuracy of reports, budget adherence
  • Zero compliance breaches or operational errors

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

  • First degree in any discipline; relevant Masters or professional certification is an advantage
  • 2–3 years’ experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales
  • Knowledge of personal banking products
  • Basic credit and risk assessment
  • Sales, marketing, and financial analysis
  • Banking regulations and compliance
  • Account management and product servicing
