Job Summary
Supports development and maintenance of public sector customer relationships by delivering value-adding financial products and services while minimizing risk and ensuring achievement of targets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support new business development
- Maintain strong public relations with customers
- Adhere to turnaround times on reports and deliverables
- Prepare periodic reports for the team
- Assist in preparing the team’s budget
- Support MPR preparation and presentations
- Achieve PCE, Balance, and other performance targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by Relationship Manager ED
Key Performance Indicators
- New accounts and customer growth
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Timely submission of reports & responses
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
- Budget adherence
- Quality of management reporting
- Revenue & deposit growth
Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required
- First degree (Second Class Honors minimum); Master’s or professional certification is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ banking experience
- Customer service and relationship management
- Selling and negotiation skills
- Financial analysis and interpretation
- Strong strategic orientation
- Oral & written communication
