About the Role

We are looking for a professional with at least 2+ years of experience who is passionate about people and data, and who thrives on building relationships. The Rwanda Recruitment Specialist will support our global recruitment team in attracting top talent to One Acre Fund.

Successful candidates will be excited to deliver outstanding experiences for both hiring managers and job candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and Source for 8–12 Candidate Pipelines
    Oversee multiple roles, managing hundreds of candidates at a time — each deserving a positive and professional experience.
  • Application Screening
    Lead the screening and selection process, ensuring smooth candidate progression from application to hire.
  • Candidate Database Management
    Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to organize and track applications, and analyze data to improve recruitment processes.
  • Candidate Communication and Support
    Provide exceptional service to candidates, maintaining timely and respectful communication at every stage.
  • Project and Process Improvements
    Contribute to process enhancements by using data to create and implement strategies that improve recruitment efficiency.
