Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing for the hotel is responsible for promoting the hotel’s services, generating bookings, building strong guest and corporate client relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns to maximize occupancy and revenue. This role aims to increase brand awareness, drive hotel sales, and contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the hotel.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify potential corporate and individual clients and generate leads to drive hotel bookings.
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and special packages to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs within the hospitality industry.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions for the hotel.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for hotel management review.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and hotel bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, travel agencies, and corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
- Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in hotel sales and marketing or a related hospitality role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel if required for client visits, hotel events, or industry networking.
