About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Strategy & Technology Manager to help shape and implement key technology projects and priorities across One Acre Fund. This role sits within the Office of the CEO and acts as a critical link between strategic leadership and the Technology team.

As Strategy & Technology Manager, you will support digital transformation and tech adoption initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals. You’ll also contribute to high-level strategic projects that drive impact at scale.

This is a hybrid role based in Kigali, Nairobi, or another One Acre Fund country of operation. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Office of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Support Technology Strategy & Implementation

  • Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and the Tech team to ensure technology aligns with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Tech team to plan and execute tech-related initiatives.
  • Support project management by tracking progress and helping resolve blockers.
  • Facilitate change management to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies across teams.

Conduct Strategic Research & Analysis

  • Lead research and analysis on technology trends, organizational needs, and implementation best practices.
  • Ensure technology initiatives are purpose-driven and tied to the broader strategy of One Acre Fund.
  • Assist in developing the organization’s long-term tech strategy in alignment with its mission.

Drive Major Organization-Wide Initiatives

  • Implement and support high-impact change management initiatives that will shape the future of One Acre Fund.
  • Work across departments to lead or contribute to projects initiated from the Office of the CEO.

Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with the following experience and skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Strategy, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in technology consulting, project management, digital transformation, or change management
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional technology projects and initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn research into strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, implementation frameworks, and change management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
