TENDER NOTICE: N° 05/S/NCB/2025/FERWAFA
TITLE OF THE TENDER: Provision of a Cashless Football E-Ticketing System
SOURCE OF FUNDING: FERWAFA Ordinary Budget
CLIENT: Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA)

The Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified companies for the provision of a cashless football e-ticketing system. Participation is open on equal terms to all firms registered and licensed to operate in this field, and listed in the Trade Register of the Republic of Rwanda.

Tender Document Acquisition

Tender documents can be obtained on any working day from the FERWAFA Procurement Office, located at FERWAFA Headquarters, P.O. Box 2000, Kigali, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs). The payment must be made to the following account:

  • Account Name: Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA)
  • Account Number: 100001281075
  • Bank: Bank of Kigali

Bid Security

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of RWF 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs), issued by a bank or any other recognized financial institution. The bid security must remain valid for at least 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

Enquiries

Any questions or clarifications regarding this tender must be submitted to the FERWAFA Procurement Office at the address provided above, no later than 14 days before the bid opening date.

Bid Submission

Properly bound and sealed bids, submitted in three (3) copies (one original and two copies), must clearly indicate the tender title and reference number on the envelope and be delivered to the FERWAFA Procurement Office no later than:

  • Date: 07 May 2025
  • Time: 10:00 AM local time

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Bid Opening

The opening session will take place on the same day at 10:30 AM, in the FERWAFA Conference Room, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
