Job Description
1. INTRODUCTION
Sinai Hill Academy ( ALHUDA CENTER) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit tenders for provision of school uniforms as per the specifications outlined in this document. The uniforms are intended for various sections and genders within the school, in accordance with detailed descriptions,materials,and colors specified below. Tender notice.
2. Scope of work
The scope includes supply and delivery of complete school uniforms as per the following specifications:

3. Tender submission Requirements
Intersted bidders and submit the following documents:
- Company profile
- Company certificate of good standing
- RRA clearence certificate
- Sample of cotton should be part of the bidding document
NOTE; Bids must contain all the above documents and be submitted in a specified timeframe
4. SUBMISSION DETAILS
- Date and time of openining: 10 A.M 13th February 2026
- Submition location: Sinai Hill Academy, Mulindi , GASABO
- Submission Timeframe: from 06th February 2026 to 12th February 2026
5. Other requirements
For girls the White Hijab (veil) are normally packed in decomposing polythene bags and also the the material of the veil is nylon and is not sewed like uniforms.
