Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in the travel industry.
- Proficiency in at least one Global Distribution System (GDS), such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Prior work experience with a travel agency or an airline is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, reissuance, refunds, fare calculations, and itinerary planning.
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel bookings.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
