Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in the travel industry.
  • Proficiency in at least one Global Distribution System (GDS), such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Prior work experience with a travel agency or an airline is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, reissuance, refunds, fare calculations, and itinerary planning.
  • Familiarity with domestic and international travel bookings.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
