Job Summary
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee records management, and HR processes while contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews with candidates.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR events.
- Support the HR team with filing, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Assist in tracking employee attendance and leave records.
- Provide general support in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
