Job Purpose

The HR Intern will support the HR team in daily HR operations, employee lifecycle management, documentation, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist with employee onboarding, contracts, probation follow-up, and exit processes.

● Maintain accurate and complete employee files and HR records.

● Support attendance, leave tracking, and HR database updates.

● Assist with HR documentation, reports, and audit preparation.

● Support implementation of HR policies and compliance with labour laws.

● Assist with employee engagement activities and satisfaction surveys.

● Support performance reviews, appraisal schedules, and performance improvement processes.

● Assist in maintaining documentation for disciplinary and employee relations matters.

● Support HR activities for client accounts and other departments.

● Assist with HR projects, risk identification, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

● Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

● Willingness to learn, work in a team, and meet deadlines.
