About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused Market Executive to join our travel agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company’s travel services, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company’s customer base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and develop new business opportunities within the travel and tourism market.

● Promote and sell the company’s travel services, including flight bookings, holiday packages, accommodation, tours, transportation, and other travel-related services.

● Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging travel trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.

● Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, social media, and other appropriate channels.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

● Understand clients’ travel needs and recommend suitable travel packages and services.

● Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and other promotional activities.

● Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, client engagement, and market opportunities.

● Ensure excellent customer service throughout the client’s travel booking and service experience.

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Tourism & Travel Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

● At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, travel agency operations, hospitality, or a related field.

● Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.

● Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

● Good understanding of sales and customer relationship management principles.
