Project Overview

This tender invites qualified construction firms to submit bids for the Construction Renovation works direct aid Facilities Which are Block of Nursery school located at Al Huda center (mulindi/kigali) and part of fence and Dormitory block Located at Al shaffy center (Gashora/Bugesera) The project aims to enhance the infrastructure and support the educational and vocational development of the community.

Scope of Work

The scope of work includes:

• Renovate the facilities as agreed in Site visits and shown in drawings
• All construction must adhere the building codes and standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders must:

• Be registered construction firms with valid licenses.
• Provide a company profile
• Provide valid RRA tax clearance and certificate of good standing.
• Financial Proposal including a well detailed BOQ

Site Visit

The site Visit is compulsory.

• The date of 13/07/2026 AL Huda center (school called SINAI HILLS ACCADEMY located at Murindi).
• The date of 14/07/2026 AL Shaffy center (school called NEGA located at Gashora-Bugesera).
