Solution manager

Job Description

1. Project configuration and define project requirements.

2. Engage with customers to present and explain the proposed solution.

3. To get necessary information from the customer to ensure the solution aligns with their needs.

4. To communicate to internal expert involving Delivery team, solution team, account manager and also external on customer side

Key task

1.Analyze and understand the key solutions required by customers across various projects.

2. Configure solutions to meet specific customer requirements.

3. Design tailored solutions based on customer needs and project specifications.

4. Draft quotations for proposed solutions.

5. Maintain clear and effective communication with customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the process.
